Once your application is received we will review it and contact you as soon as possible.
How to stay at Daisy's Place:
You must live outside of Lauderdale or Colbert County, Alabama.
Be a family member of someone receiving medical treatment at NAMC, Helen Keller, or another approved medical facility for more than five consecutive days.
Two family members of each hospitalized person may stay at Daisy's Place and will share a room with twin beds.
You must present a valid driver's license.
Referrals are made by social workers, nursing unit supervisors, or nurse supervisors. Guest referrals are considered in the order in which they are received and upon availability.
